At Yale Home, we want you to feel secure in your home security choices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
